About Justin Alkes

Brooklyn born and Massapequa raised, Justin purchased his first home in Commack and is now residing in Dix Hills sinse 2010. He's a licensed real estate salesperson partnered with Signature Premier Properties in our Dix Hills office.  With a successful 25 year long career in plumbing, heating and home construction Justin is proud of his work in many important buildings in Manhattan, including the Memorial Fountains at the World Trade Center, homes built for the Ronald McDonald House and residential homes across Long Island.

 After unfortunate injury on a jobsite, he was forced to retire from construction.  It was a natural transition into real estate because of his profound knowledge of homes from the inside out.  It brings him great pleasure to share his extensive knowledge with his clients in helping them make the best informed decisions.

 Clients rely on Justin's expertise in his area and are reassured that he has his hands on the pulse of our ever changing market.  Selling and buying real estate is like no other transaction.  Its vastly different than purchasing a vehicle, jewelry or any other large item you might acquire.  It's emotional.  It's where you watch your children grow up, where families gather and rest your head at night.  He takes it very personal when someone agrees to let him sell or buy and negotiate in behalf of their biggest asset.
