As a native to upstate New York, Lucia received her degree from Hartwick College. After pursuing her degree in BioMedical Science, she followed her passion for hospitality and real estate to the Tampa Bay area.

Over the past seven years, Lucia has immersed herself with the culture, giving her a unique first-hand experience and insight as to what the future holds for Tampa Bay.
