Thomas Sulz is a licensed real estate agent with Signature Premier Properties “The ONeil Team”. Originally a NY based brokerage, “The ONeil Team” was voted Long Island’s #1 real estate team on Long Island and closed on just shy of $110,000,000 in sales volume in 2021. In 2022, “The O’Neil Team” continues to demonstrate its explosive growth with its expansion to Florida. Tom is one of the first initial agents to lead this expansion in the Sunshine state.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Tom launched his career in the corporate world as a consultant at a large NYC accounting/consulting firm where he worked with dozens of Fortune 500 clients within a variety of industries/sectors. Tom attributes his time spent working as a corporate consultant in developing some of his core skills/qualities that are key to helping his real estate clients achieve their goal of finding their dream home. These include strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and time management skills.

Tom specializes in helping his clients purchase/list their homes in the Pinellas, Hillsborough, Sarasota, and Manatee counties. His experience as an avid real estate investor along with his comfortability working with numbers makes him the perfect candidate for clients looking to invest in one of the hottest real estate markets in the United States.
